Abastyan

The Governance OS for Healthcare.

Healthcare organizations run their compliance program across too many disconnected tools. Abastyan unifies them into one structured platform for oversight, documentation, incidents, vendors, and AI governance.

One program. Fully organized.

The cost of fragmented governance is measurable.

Healthcare organizations spend significant internal time reconciling compliance work across disconnected tools. Abastyan is built to replace that patchwork with one operating layer — designed for clearer visibility and fewer hours lost to assembly and reconciliation.

6–10×

More tools in use today than most compliance teams need to run the program well.

40–80hrs

Commonly spent assembling a quarterly board compliance packet from disconnected sources.

One operating layer designed to replace the patchwork — policies, incidents, audits, vendors, AI, and reporting.

Figures reflect common patterns observed across healthcare compliance programs. Individual organizations vary.

Retire the patchwork.

Governance work today runs on tools that were never built for it. Policies live in one system, incidents in another, audits in a spreadsheet, vendors on a shared drive, approvals buried in email.

Abastyan replaces the sprawl with one operating layer — with consistent ownership, consistent workflows, and one place the team, leadership, and the board all work from.

For the first time, the audit trail and the evidence live in the same place — and I can actually find what I need when a surveyor asks.

One Governance OS

One program. Fully organized.

One system.
Every governance discipline.

The platform covers the disciplines your governance program runs on — designed to flow across categories instead of fragmenting between them.
Program Insights & Oversight
One live view of program health across the organization — trends, open items, and facility-level status in one place.
Compliance & Risk
Structured compliance work and risk identification across the program — designed to keep the record organized, not the people who run it.
Audit & Assessments
Internal and external audits, structured assessments, and findings management — every step of the work tracked and auditable.
Documentation & Evidence
Policies, agreements, and records — centralized, searchable, and ready when surveyors or oversight stakeholders ask for them.
Vendor & Third-Party Governance
Third-party relationships and business associate lifecycle under one structured process — built to make the vendor question answerable.
Board & AI Governance
Board oversight, materials, and AI system documentation — integrated with the rest of the program rather than run as a separate workstream.

One program. Every site. One view.

Most governance tools collapse the moment a second facility is added. Abastyan is structured to support a consistent program across multiple sites — with the ownership, access, and reporting patterns each arrangement requires.

Works with your structure. Wholly-owned, affiliated, or managed — multi-site configuration and enterprise roll-up visibility are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

One governance program across every site

Run a consistent program across wholly-owned, affiliated, and managed facilities under a single account.

Standardization without rigidity
Shared program structure with ownership, workflows, and evidence configured at the facility level.
Role-based access
Permissions configured by role and organizational level — users see what they own.
Enterprise roll-up visibility
Organization-level program health, open items, and risk posture across the full account — discussed in your walkthrough.

Common questions before a walkthrough.

A few straightforward answers to what typically comes up before a walkthrough.
How long does implementation typically take?
Implementation is designed to take under 30 days. Final timing depends on facility count, existing documentation, and how much data you migrate at launch. The platform is built to go live with a core module set and expand module coverage as the program matures.
Yes. The platform models organizational hierarchy at the level of facility, region, and service line, with role-based access scoped to what each user owns. This lets wholly-owned, affiliated, and managed facility relationships coexist under one governance program while preserving the access boundaries each arrangement requires.
AI Governance is designed to support inventory of AI systems, risk assessment, model documentation, and ongoing oversight — integrated with the rest of the program. The approach is informed by leading industry AI oversight frameworks. Specific module depth is shown during the walkthrough.
Abastyan is built to replace compliance spreadsheets, shared-drive policy libraries, siloed incident and vendor tools, email-based approval chains, and manual board report assembly. The intent is one operating layer — fewer tools, one record, one report — so the program becomes simpler over time, not more complex.
Abastyan stores governance and business records — policies, audits, vendor assessments, board materials, and compliance findings. The platform is built with encryption (in transit and at rest), tenant-level data segmentation, role-based access controls, and audit logging across the platform. See the full security overview.
Pricing is tailored to organization structure, facility count, and selected modules. Single-facility organizations and smaller provider groups typically fit Essentials or Professional. Multi-site operators, health systems, FQHCs, behavioral health networks, and healthcare technology organizations typically fit Enterprise. Specific numbers are shared during the walkthrough, once we understand your scope.
Standard engagements are annual subscriptions billed monthly or annually, with terms that scale to tier and scope. For qualifying organizations, we offer a structured evaluation period so your team can validate the platform against real workflows before committing to a full term. Pilot structure and duration are discussed during the walkthrough.
Onboarding is tailored to the level of structure each organization prefers.

Essentials — Self-service onboarding with in-app setup, documentation, and email support. For teams that want to move quickly on their own schedule.

Professional — Guided kickoff and a structured setup plan covering platform configuration, user roles, facility structure, and core module activation. For organizations that want a coordinated rollout with defined milestones.

Enterprise — Dedicated program lead and white-glove implementation aligned to facility count, module breadth, and program complexity. For multi-entity organizations with advanced governance needs.

Abastyan is designed to bring organizations live within 30 days across tiers, with module coverage expanding as the program matures.
